Connor Bedard No Longer Top Ranked Prospect for 2023 NHL Draft
This newest story just shows how much talent their is in the early parts of the first round for next year's draft.
Bedard, who was considered the unanimous #1 overall prospect for the last several months, has lost his throne to
Adam Fantilli.
Bedard was talked about in reference to being a generational talent. Does this mean he is no longer a generational talent, or is he just not the only one?
On the other hand, Fantilli has been climbing the rankings quickly for quite some time, so this #1 ranking is well-deserved for the University of Michigan centerman.
Through 8 games with the Wolverines this year, Fantilli has 18 points (8 G, 10 A).
Whatever the rankings are, the top 5 picks in the draft are surely going to enjoy whoever they get.
