After his 2011 departure Radulov signed a deal with the Canadiens in 2016. Radulov would use the Canadiens who took a gamble on him to later sign a 5-year deal with the Dallas Stars.
Fast forward to now Radulov decided instead of remaining in the NHL Radulov returned to the KHL.
