BREAKING NEWS: The Blackhawks Are Taking Two Forwards Out of The Lineup For Trade Related Reasons

It's likely that if you are a Chicago Blackhawks fan that you are well aware of the Patrick Kane to New York Rangers trade chatter, that is reportedly going to be completed any time now.

It seems as if another Blackhawks forward who's been on the trade block is also moments away from being traded, and is potentially being traded with Patrick Kane in a package deal.

The Chicago Blackhawks have decided to sit Sam Lafferty tonight due to 'trade related reasons, as well as Kane's agent has decided he will not play, due to an official ongoing trade with the NewYork Rangers.

Patrick Kane won't play tonight.

«Based on the current status of Patrick's situation, we collectively felt it was more appropriate to have him not play during this period of reflection.»

The Blackhawks are sitting Sam Lafferty tonight for trade-related reasons, and Patrick Kane.
