It's been a frustrating season for everybody involved.
The Chicago Blackhawks season has been a complete dumpster fire and it doesn't look like it'll get better anytime soon.
Starting goalie Corey Crawford was supposed to have a triumphant return this season, however it's been far from that.
The 33 year old currently holds a 3.21 goals against average to go along with a .901 save percentage.
«It's hard when you're letting in four goals, five goals a game,» he said. «I feel like I'm not doing my job. I need to be better for this team to win, and that's all I'm going to look at is to try to give us a better chance.»
Crawford definitely doesn't feel like he can dig the team out of the mess all by himself.
«Maybe our older guys, our core group, maybe we all need to play better to get us out of this. Maybe that's the answer.»
What do you think of Crawford's comments?
