The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman announced a signing early Monday.The team has locked up Collin Delia to a three year deal worth $1million a season.Delia has registered a 6-2-3 record with a 2.98 GAA and .923 save percentage in 12 appearances as a rookie so far this season.
