Khaira had to be stretched off the ice and was sent to to the hospital. Wednesday, the Blackhawks released an update regarding the forward. "Despite the significant injury, his prognosis is excellent, and we expect a full recovery. At this point, it is too early to put a timeline on return to play.»
Considering Khaira already has a history with concussions, it's a situation that will be handled pretty delicately.
