TRADE ALERT: Blackhawks Make Second Trade of The Day and a Questionable one
The Blackhawks have made another trade, this time sending C Evan Barratt to the Flyers.
Barratt, 23 and a former 3rd round pick, has been with Rockford the last two years, scoring 42 points in 90 games.
In return, the Blackhawks are getting D Cooper Zech, who is 23-years old.
Zech has 18 points the last two seasons in 74 AHL games, while also sporting a +9 +/-.
The Blackhawks just traded Nicolas Beaudin this morning, so acquiring a new defenseman makes sense.
