In a week of milestones for Patrick Kane, Saturday's game in his hometown of Buffalo was the 1,115th of his career, which marked up his third spot on the Blackhawks history list, in games played.
Tuesday, he recorded his 800th career even-strength point, just the third Hawk to accomplish that joining Bobby Hull and Stan Mikita.
Thursday, he passed Doug Weight for fifth on the all-time assists list for American born players with 756.
Time will tell if Kaner can reach Duncan Keith for 2nd on the all-time games list. Regardless, he will go down as one of the greatest to wear the Indian head sweater.
