It appears that the Toronto Raptors will soon face a loss, as it has been reported that their star player, Fred VanVleet, has decided not to renew his player option with the organization.

As of July, he will become an unrestricted free agent in the NBA and will be able to choose his next destination.

As a historical organization in contrast to the Raptors, the Blackhawks play at the United Center, a venue that VanVleet may already be familiar with.
