Kyle Davidson Just Proved he is Already Incredibly Smarter Than Stan Bowman
The Chicago Blackhawks season is officially just three days from starting, where the Blackhawks will take on the St.Louis Blues in their first pre-season game of the entire year. The Blackhawks announced a 63-man pre-season roster just last week, but management will have to cut forty of those players to meet the leagues standard of a twenty three man roster.
Blackhawks manager Kyle Davidson spoke of something that does not get talked about in Chicago, the development of prospects and players. For instance, Kirby Dach had a broken wrist, fully recovered and played 3 AHL games before being a full-time NHL player, the Hawks rookie at the time had zero time to develop any NHL fundamentals in the AHL, and that is where management is to blame, for Dach's ''underwhelming'' time in Chicago as some fans would say.
Kyle Davidson is not taking that route of forcing a players abilities to adjust to the NHL without any AHL experience, as Blackhawks top prospect Lukas Reichel will not ''easily'' be given a spot on this years NHL roster, and he will have to earn it just like anybody else.
