Goalie Bleeds Out of His Eye After a One in a Million Chance Situation Takes Place
Typically, a puck to the face wouldn't bother a goalie too often. Sometimes it'll rattle the cage or cause your ears to ring a bit, but usually there isn't much harm.
Unfortunately for University of Alberta goaltender, Jake Bennett, this time it did do some harm.
As you can see, the puck squeeze perfectly into the cage's gap where Bennett sees through.
Luckily, he had nothing but a cut and some blood, but who knows what could have happened if that puck went any further.
