30 NHL superstars take part in the event every year, making it a marquee event. A surprising player made an appearance this year.

It was prospect and first over draft pick Connor Bedard who never stopped working since the end of the WHL season and after being drafted.
In this video, you can see different images and videos of him working out as well as Barstool mentioning how huge Bedard's quads are.
It's amazing to see how much Bedard focuses on his legs, because his quads are massive.
The fact that Bedard is a smaller person seems to indicate that he is trying to reach Martin St. Louis' level of fitness.
