The Chicago Blackhawks have issued a statement on forward Connor Bedard
Chicago Blackhawks' Connor Bedard is making airwaves in the NHL once again as the league as well as his organization have announced the 19-year old is one point away from making yet another historic record.
With 75 games played so far in the 2024/25 NHL season, the forward accumulated 20 goals, 39 assists, totalling at 59 points thus far this year, and just one point away from another record.
In Chicago's last five games, Bedard achieved five points (1 goal, 4 assists), and the organization announced that this forward is on the verge of becoming the third teenager in Blackhawks history to record 40 assists in a single season.

Connor Bedard notched an assist and has helpers (3A) in three-straight games and five points (1G, 4A) over his last five games. He has recorded 39 assists in 75 games this season and can become the third teenager in Blackhawks history with 40 assists in a season, joining Patrick Kane (51A in 2007-08) and Eddie Olczyk (50A in 1985-86).
