A recent segment by the leagues lead prospect analyst Corey Pronman revealed that the Chicago Blackhawks are set to go off the board with their two picks in the first round at the 2025 NHL draft this summer.

The Blackhawks are geared up for a big summer, kicking off with a big free agency on July 1st, but things won't truly get rolling until the NHL draft on June 27.
With their third overall selection, the Blackhawks are reportedly selecting Anton Frondell.
"Frondell brings high-end skill, an elite shot and a complete 200-foot game and fills Chicago's need for a strong two-way pivot to pair with Connor Bedard or potentially move Bedard to the wing."

They also hold the 25th overall pick, where they are expected to select a big and skilled forward, if he's still available.
"A big, skilled forward with great hockey sense, Horcoff needs to work on his skating but has the potential to be a legit scorer as a pro and looked quite good at the college level as a U18 player."

There has also been growing speculation that the Blackhawks may be pushing to trade up to No. 2 overall in the draft, potentially completing a blockbuster with the San Jose Sharks.
The Blackhawks' roster is set to be reshaped through the draft and free agency, buckle up Hawks fans!
