In Tuesday's matchup, the Chicago Blackhawks faced off against the New York Islanders, resulting in a 1-2 loss for the Blackhawks.
The game showed different paths of both teams, with the Blackhawks in the midst of a multi-year rebuild while the Islanders strive to secure a playoff spot this year.
