Former Blackhawk Embarrasses The Toronto Maple Leafs by Calling Them Out Publicly

Former Chicago Blackhawk Taylor Hall spared no pretense when he roasted the Toronto Maple Leafs, and Mitch Marner, even in light of being down 2-0 in their series against the Panthers.
The Carolina Hurricanes stormed through the first and second rounds of the NHL playoffs, maybe too easily. Against the Panthers, they're down 2-0, but that didn't stop Taylor Hall from running his mouth as he roasted the Maple Leafs today.
The team looks to get a leg back in the series, as they travel to Sunrise in order to even the odds.
«I mean, they just went seven games against the Leafs, right? They're not a perfect hockey team and we know that there are areas to exploit, like any team."
His response in a question about the Panthers not being a perfect team was subtle. It contained an underhanded comment about the Maple Leafs being unable to finish the job.
We all know they pushed the Panthers to seven games, but in typical Leafs fashion, they are headed for the golf course.
But in an ironic twist of events, the Maple Leafs are headed home for the year. Whiel the team has a roster chock full of superstars like Mitch Marner, Auston Matthews, John Tavares, and Morgan Rielly. All unable to finish off the Florida Panthers who were too much with Leaf killer Brad Marchand on the squad.
The Hurricanes will need to stay in control of the game, or they will have the Panthers running fast and loose. If they're unable to impose their will, the Panthers will wear them down in waves, and Rod Brind'Amour's Canes will have to head home with the shame of adding to the 14-game losing streak in the ECF.
The former 1st-round pick Taylor Hall, made a weird choice to call out the Maple Leafs, while the Canes have failed to de-claw the Cats down 2-0.
If anything, it's like he needs a mirror at this moment in his life.
Toronto is the better team, but they met their match in Florida, and it looks like it may be the same fate for the Hurricanes and Hall.
