The Chicago Sports Network's inception has been wrought with errors along the way. Danny Wirtz and Jerry Reinsdorf built the network in order to centralize the way fans watch the Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Blackhawks.

The CHSN has another problem to add to the laundry list of issues fans have had to willingly deal with since the start of the NHL season on October 15th.
Given that Danny Wirtz and Jamie Faulkner knew they were going to launch CHSN this season, wouldn't it have made sense to dot the i's and cross their t's in order to prevent major errors like this from happening?

Seriously, get it together.
