Johnson had been out with a right foot injury since December 31st, but he's now back in action. He's expected to join the Blackhawks' third line, skating alongside Lukas Reichel and Mackenzie Entwistle.
Although Johnson hasn't been hitting the 20-goal mark in recent seasons, he's still a valuable player. With nine goals and four assists in 35 games this year, he could attract interest from other teams as the NHL trade deadline approaches.
His contract is up after this season, and while he has a 20-team trade list, some teams might see him as a good bargain if he can prove he's still got his scoring skills.
As for Crevier, he's played 15 games for the Blackhawks this season, recording three assists. While he might be a healthy scratch tonight against the Minnesota Wild, there's a chance he'll get some ice time during his stint with the team.
