A Chicago Blackhawks legend, Marcus Kruger, revealed a bold warning regarding a highly skilled prospect, and advised the organization to make a huge move regarding the young forward in the upcoming off-season.

The Blackhawks' season has unfortunately been cut short as the team has owned the NHL basement for the majority of the 2024/25 season, leaving them to be exempt from any postseason contention.
Although many Chicago fan's may see this as disappointing, this will open extreme opportunities for the organization when it comes time for this year's draft, and a Blackhawks legend has advised the organization take advantage of their position and make a bold move this summer.
Marcus Kruger, who played for Chicago for almost a decade, left the organization with two Stanley Cup's under his belt, and made his was back to Sweden following his 2018/19 season with the Blackhawks, and the former Hawk has revealed the hidden talent of his Sweden teammate, Anton Frondell.

According to Kruger, the Blackhawks would regret passing up on the young Frondell at this years draft, a stern warning to general manager Kyle Davidson to not pass up on this generational talent.
"I think he's like the whole package," Kruger said recently. "He's big, he can skate, he can handle the puck. All that, but also he's really curious. He asks stuff, he tries stuff. So, yeah, he's not going to play with me for very long here. You're going to get a taste of him here."

Kruger currently shares the ice with the 17-year old forward, Frondell, with the Djurgardens in Sweden, and he reveals that he expects Frondell's time in Sweden to be cut short due to his immense talents.
The former Blackhawk was later questioned regarding how he would feel if Chicago acquired the young forward.
Kruger was later questioned by a reporter, "What if he was drafted by the Blackhawks?"
"That'd be really cool," responded Kruger. "Without knowing much, I think he'd be a good fit there. He's a forward that is going to be able to do it all here. Maybe in the end, he becomes a center. I don't know, but he's going to be a player that can do a little bit of everything and do it really good. I hope the Hawks get a chance to draft him. He's probably going to be early off the board here. We'll see how the lottery shakes out and all that."

It sounds like this young forward can offer the organization a very bright future, and luckily it has been reported that the 17-year old will be draft eligible this 2025 season.
