Chicago Blackhawks complete biggest signing of the year with prospect
The Chicago Blackhawks have made a huge signing as they have signed one of their 1st round picks in 2022 to an ELC.
Frank Nazar, has decided to leave the NCAA and the rest of his eligibility behind as he has signed with the Chicago Blackhawks.
Nazar was the 13th overall draft pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, and produced at a point-per-game pace, 40 points(17 G, 23 A) in 41 games with the Michigan Wolverines.
He was one of 15 players who were under 20 to produce at such a pace in the NCAA.
Nazar was a top-six winger on one of the best NCAA teams in the Michigan Wolverines and played many roles on the team, including the power-play.
He would also help Team USA win Gold at the World Junior Hockey Championships.
