Brad Marchand, the Boston Bruins player, found himself in an awkward situation during a live interview.
Known for his intense rivalry with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Marchand, a Nova Scotia native, revealed that his favorite team growing up was none other than the Toronto Maple Leafs.
With a mix of enthusiasm and embarrassment, Marchand stated:
"Hi, I'm Brad Marchand. My favorite team growing up was the Toronto Maple Leafs,"
Lowering his voice and head while making the confession.
The revelation added a touch of awkwardness to the interview, which comes as a funny scene considering Marchand agitates the Leafs every single chance he can get as they are considered rivals.
