Buddy Robinson, the legendary Penguin slayer, has found himself overseas, in the KHL.

Is a suspension inevitable for the former NHLer after he was involved in a nasty brawl? We'll see.

Buddy plays for Traktor Chelyabinsk in the KHL, the team with the hip-hop goal horn, the attitude, and the bear on their crest. Buddy felt it necessary to choose violence, during the start of the playoff campaign against the Salavat Yulaev today.

As the game came to an end, tensions between the two teams rose.

The six-foot-six, 232-pound Robinson then pushed and shoved two Salavat players away as he attempted to provoke Salavat captain Grigori Panin into a fight.

Panin accepted the fight, but Robinson decided to sucker punch him before Panin could take off his gloves.

As Panin dropped to the ice, sporadically two other Salavat players would join the fight, with Robinson grabbing one and starting to pound away on the next.

The referee would try and halt things, but Robinson pushed him away, as he continued his chaotic melee.

He looked like he was overcome by rage during the fight. He would be removed from the game afterward, and no suspension has been announced.

In his short NHL career, he played 62 games with the Ottawa Senators, Calgary Flames, Anaheim Ducks and Chicago Blackhawks.
