Must See: Blackhawks Prospect Drops The Gloves In Big Tilt

Blackhawks prospect Ethan Del Mastro has drawn himself a lot of attention this season with the Sarnia Sting due to his impressive play. The 4th round pick from the 2021 draft has put up 47 points in 30 games as a defenseman and appears to be a candidate to join Rockford next season.

While Del Mastro has been putting up points and holding it down in his own end of the ice, it's his physical play that has drawn just as much attention. During Sunday's game, Del Mastro took offense to a massive hit laid on his teammate and immediately dropped the gloves.

Del Mastro took control of the fight early on and never let go. The Blackhawks are very high on Del Mastro and see him as a potential starting defenseman on the main roster. While the 20 year old has a long way to go before jumping to the main roster, it appears that he is on the right track. Blackhawks fans have a lot to look forward to with this prospect.
