The Chicago Blackhawks General Manager Kyle Davidson is at a dilemma when it comes to 27 year-old forward Max Domi. Davidson signed Domi to a one-year deal this off-season and many believe Domi will be dealt at the trade deadline. However, Domi has stated he'd like to stay in Chicago so Davidson has some thinking to do.

One team that appears to be very interested in acquiring Domi is the Edmonton Oilers, this was revealed by David Pagnotta of the Fourth period website and NHL Radio Podcast.

Domi would make a great addition to the Oilers if Holland can make the deal. Domi has 14 goals, and 20 assists for 34 Points in 47 games and could fit anywhere in the Oilers line-up from playing in the top six with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl or bottom six, not to mention that grit Domi has, he's built for playoff hockey. If the Blackhawks sadly lose Domi, they'll likely get a good return.
