FLAMES' HEAD COACH COMPLETELY FORGETS WHO WON OF HIS PLAYERS IS - WHO?
BY JIM
Sutter is one of the oldest coaches in the NHL, at age 64. The Calgary Flames are currently 22-16-9, sitting in a playoff spot. However, it is a wonder they haven't fired him yet.
You may be wondering why, so watch this clip.
Yeah. He forgot what number a player was. Jakob Pelletier is 21 years old and played in his first ever NHL game last night. You're supposed to be encouraging these young stars, not forgetting their numbers and not only embarrassing them, but yourself as well. Darryl also pronounced his last name wrong.
Not the message you want to send to your rookie skater, but Sutter has been doing this all season long.
